Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to the first live post of the 8 Paws Abroad website! You may note that it is not the first blog posted on this website. But it is the first to be posted since the website has been opened to the public. Previous blogs are taken from emails sent to family and friends during the past several months. But now that we have the website up and running, everything new will be posted here.
Again, welcome to our world. We moved to Portugal in June of 2023 to begin a new life in the olde world. In addition to learning the new daily routines of living in a new town, we are looking forward to learning as much as possible about Portugal – its history, its culture, its language, and its people. We plan to visit as much as this country as we possibly can, and to post about our adventures and share our photos and videos.
So, join us and let us take you all on our adventures, too! Chris, Opal, Onyx and I will love to have you with us.
